SERVICE BULLETIN & PRECAUTIONARY DRINKING WATER ADIVSORY: Saskatoon Potable Water Supply East (Settler's Ridge) System

    May 18, 2017

Attention: Saskatoon Potable Water Supply East (Settler’s Ridge) System Customers (SAPO-East SR)

An emergency leak repair has been scheduled for the SaskWater SAPO-East Settler’s Ridge system that will result in a temporary reduction in service pressure and/or a service disruption for SaskWater customers located in the Settler’s Ridge area for the following period:

    Wednesday, May 24th 9:00am to 5:00pm

As the repair work will likely require a complete pipeline depressurization, a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) has been issued by the Water Security Agency. This PDWA will remain in effect until the follow-up sampling protocol has been completed confirming that the quality of the water was not been adversely affected during the repair work. SaskWater will notify its customers if the PDWA is issued and once again when it is lifted.

SaskWater apologizes for any inconvenience that this work may cause. Any questions regarding the repair work should be directed to SaskWater’s Customer Services at

    1-888-230-1111 during regular business hours. (M-F 8am to 5pm)
